Striking as it seems, with the 12% E-Vat and other taxes besides the usual income taxes, the Gov't is unable to support the University (accdg. to how I understood the entry). This only means that the we don't know where the large chunk of money goes to.. It's just strange, but I've been wondering about this disturbing lines from a website I stumbled upon.
